Here is the process of hiring De La Vina Catering & Events.  

1.)        Reach Out! Send Inquiry, Txt, Call, or E-mail .. all work great

2.)        Choose a Food Package and Style of Service

3.)        We put together an Estimate, sent to you via E-Mail

4.)        Optional tasting for larger events like weddings, galas, fundraisers, corporate.

5.)        Book your Date with Deposit, $1000 for large events over $2000, 50% for smaller events.  

6.)        Two Weeks Out, Final Menu and Final Guest Count Due, contract is adjusted

7.)        One Week Out, Final Payment in full due.

8.)        We got this! You sit back and relax. Let us know if you need any last-minute things.

 

Day of Event

 

1.)        Morning of: Receive txt for estimated Time of Arrival

2.)        Typical Arrival is 1.5 -2 hours before event

3.)        30 minutes prior to event start: ready for guest arrival start

4.)        Food Service (* typically 2 hours, longer for wedding and full service)

5.)        Clean Up, Break Down, & box up of leftovers.

6.)        Departure, pack out

 

Event/Wedding Tastings

 

1.)        Done as a picnic on Shelter Island $100/pp

2.)        Time and Specific Location we work out together
